Executive Director

Portland Community Land Trust, one of the largest community land trusts in the country, is in search of an Executive Director.

PCLT, using the community land trust model of permanently affordable homeownership, plays a prominent, growing role in Portland’s housing scene. PCLT’s 2008 operating budget is $580,000, and the organization has five full-time staff and four part-time staff. PCLT recently hired project development staff and the executive director will play a lead role in strategizing and honing the organization's project development activities.

PCLT is ready for an executive director who can build on this momentum and can lead the organization as it works to more fully meet the affordable housing needs of our community.
